As a System Engineer at Bison Schweiz AG, I support and maintain client and infrastructure environments within the Field Services team. My role focuses on reliable operations, incident and service request handling, and the implementation of rollouts and technical projects.

I work with core enterprise tools such as Active Directory, SCCM, and remote support platforms, ensuring stable systems, efficient processes, and practical solutions for end users across multiple locations.

As a Senior Project Manager at PaqIT, I lead IT projects from planning to implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. I coordinate the deployment of new IT solutions, collaborate closely with clients and technical teams, and optimise processes for an efficient IT infrastructure.

Additionally, as Head of Service Desk, I am responsible for the strategic and operational management of IT support services. I ensure seamless service delivery, continuous improvement of IT processes, and effective support for both end users and businesses.

As a member of the field service, it was my responsibility to ensure that operations at the customer's site were not restricted and, if they were, that a future-oriented solution was presented promptly. From Azure to SCCM. From individual incidents to problem detection. From M365 to Workspace. At times I was also given smaller projects. It was a great time. Thanks to my expertise, I was also part of the Azure Competence Team and the Exchange Competence Team, where I contributed to the development of scalable and efficient solutions.

On site in the stadiums, I looked after the video boards and made sure that the sponsors and their products were always optimally present. A great challenge!

My job at CP9 advanced marketing solutions AG was to prepare and implement the two Christkindli markets in Zurich and Lucerne. Checking technical devices, repairing them and ensuring that the planning is adhered to on site. Supervise and direct construction work.

Employed as a groom, I later set up video walls at tournaments & dismantled and cared for. To put equestrian tournaments in a better light, I animated sponsor logos using Adobe AfterEffects.

My first destination in Switzerland led me to the Pestalozzi Consulting Group (PCG) in Islikon. There I acquired the basics in archiving and accounting and later helped out as a salesman in a branch as part of the integration of a clothing chain.

My main tasks in the association were maintaining the IT on site and running various courses. I did math tutoring and prepared prospective career starters with the best possible application and a profitable job interview. In the morning I helped in the kitchen for the lunch canteen.
